After entering the dark club bright lights immediately cast a magic spell on you. As you step towards the party crowd the luminous beams turn into playful figures and astonishing textures that bounce across the walls and fill the room with a shimmering ocean of multiple colors. Suddenly, you seem to become one with the crowd and the visuals, growing together to a pulsating unit, dancing to 122 bpm.

While snuggling up on the couch you look around and actually find yourself sitting at a calm
white sand beach. You turn around and, suddenly, you see a billion of colorful butterflies
gliding over the glittering water. You peek into the bright blue sky where green and orange
flowers rain from above. You have arrived in a fascinating world where your dreams can come

entertainment, from motion graphics design and custom-made corporate visuals to video

When the native Californian Michael Parenti moved from Vienna to Istanbul in 2002, the local club-scene changed and VJ art began to establish. Cable junkies is a second series of loops created with the realtime 3d live performance software 3L (“THRIILL”), and is a mesmerizing, color-rich journey of geometric form and rythym designed specifically for the patterns reflected off the mirrors of the vmu’s so that not only the room, but the air moves to the beat. Forget mirrorballs, these tracks will make your dancefloor spakle with energy!

Like visual sex, always hedonistic, VJ Anyone appeals to the senses first. His abstract colour fields, beat driven light patterns and fleshy dancers stand at the crossroads between design, cinema and fashion photography. In his work the artist focuses on the construction and subsequent dissolution of his subtly generated imagery. He interweaves abstract images and real analogue images to emotionally penetrative sequences of images.
In his work he uses still photography, computer animation, video and super 8 loops. His loops seem wild, rhythmical, archaic but at the same time remain delicate and fragile.

Lichterloh are two video robots from western austria, grown up together in the claws of a residential school; after surviving this, they moved to Vienna, ready to become what you call a nerd. They use their rural as well as their new urban background to create intelligent, on beat videos, animations and installations using various analog and digital techniques- showing off that you may not use your ears only but also your brains and eyes when you go out to forget what you’ve done the whole day..

The intenseness of the music would be summarized by imaginative journeys. Real places from all over the world steep into animated faces and forms and melt into oneric sequences.
With the video installation SENSOREN Luma&Launisch were represented during the Viennale 2006. In the same year they followed an invitation to New York to visualise Gene Pritker´s Opera “Money”.

VJ muk made his fascination for images to business always in association in curiousness and gladnees in experiments. Through numerous productions of documentaries, presentationand music videos he could access on a wide choise of experiences.

Since 2004 VJ nipplefish is responsible for the image of Klaus Waldeck Solo and whose band project “Saint Privat”. The foundation of his production company “no not now” brought him the Silver Award for Commercial Houston Texas and for his creation he would be awarded with the Vienna Video Award.

The light artists from Cologne mix real images with computer generated worlds of Vektor in the club context and monochrome elements of images change into glowing light forms. Abstract broken views stay in contrast to complex clear 3D-worlds.
