What happens when a film-maker and a lighting designer get together?

In 2003 Thomas Kuehne und Udo Kapeller built a set of tools for visualists and video artists which has quickly become an indispensable instrument for lighting design: the vision of the two founders became a working reality.

Udo Kapeller

The lighting designer uses his training as a mechanical engineer as the base for realizing his passion for perfection in lighting. His artistic and technical concepts in lighting design and projections are internationally recognized and admired.

The creative style of the movie and video cutter with a sound knowledge in lighting, projection and design is now frequently used for national and international television filmlets and commercials. Today it’s not possible to imagine the visual scene without his indispensable skills.
